This last week (Tuesday through Thursday) I went camping with some friends from the rugby team. It was a blast. They went by car and I met them off the train in the wonderful, and beautiful, town of Shiga. It is north of Kyoto and was a much needed change of scenery. It is always nice for me to see trees and moutains that are taller/not hidden by the buildings. We camped beside lake Biwa (Japan's largest lake). The water was freezing but he weather was nice and we couldn't have asked for more.

Hey Dan. I know this is a little sentimental to say as a blog comment, but hey...I just wanted to say I've been missin' you and hope you're doing well. Give me a call in the upcoming days if you can do that, it'd be nice to hear from you. If not, I'll actually write you an e-mail once I'm on a computer that can run AOL without running low on virtual memory. Peace out.
Brian,
Nothing is ever too sentimental when you have no sentiment at all. I hope that that made sense, if not than just know that I miss you as well and that it always means a great deal to me whenever you drop me a line. I appreciate your love and I'm sending it back to you cuz'. I miss you like a ten year old watching Monty Python misses the punchline. I hope that all is well and I hope that you aren't spouting off some jive about your mac with that lox virtual memory line, Coltrane...actually I think of you as more of a Chick Corea kinda guy. He was hip an all. Peace out and perhaps I will drop you line sometime soon. Take care.
